How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@theupright.store. This will send a return request direct to our team, who will then personally work with you to make sure that we can provide A+ customer support.

Return Requests

Return requests must have all of the following information: 

  • Reason For Return
  • Image of the product
  • If You Would Like To Exchange Sizes - Size + Color Needed

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us at your expense unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

If you order is arriving later than expected, we will process a refund for express shipping to compensate for the inconvenience. 

Disputing Chargebacks

We strive to resolve all customer issues directly. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase, please contact us first to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter.

All chargebacks that are initiated without prior contact with our customer support team will be disputed. We take chargebacks seriously and will provide evidence to the issuing bank to support our case.
